House Rules

Let's keep it sailing smoothly. Here are some important reminders before renting LoWA Studio:

 

Booking &
Schedules

  • Minimum Booking Time: 4 hours for individual studios, 6 hours for the whole studio. 
  • Ingress + Egress: 20 minute grace period for before and after your booking
  • Additional Time: Partial extensions of studio usage will be rounded up and charged a full hour.
  • Late shoots: Bookings that overlap between the hours of 9pm to 6am will incur an overnight rate of an additional ₱500 per hour.
  • Booking Confirmation: Your booked schedule is only confirmed once we receive confirmation of the 50% down payment.
  • Pencil Bookings: Pencil bookings are only reserved for 24 hours. If payment is not received within this time frame, we cannot assure your desired schedule will still be available for you.
Cleanliness
& Waste Management
  • CLAYGO: Waste bins are provided at the studio. Additional plastic bags can also be requested. Please keep the space clean and tidy as you shoot.
  • Food & Drinks: Avoid having food waste stain the furniture, curtains, walls, and floor. Hard stains will be charged an additional cleaning fee per item damaged.
  • Lost & Found: Items left after the booking will be considered as discarded by client and will be disposed of by our staff.
  • Shoes at the Door: Slippers and shoe covers are provided for use in the studio. Shoes used in shoots must be unused or cleaned, or must have the soles taped. 
Equipment & Props
  • Equipment Usage: Used, but not abused. Please treat the studio equipment as your own. Studio property that is damaged by the renter or their guests will be paid by the renter at the item's current market price.
  • Backdrops: Paid bookings are allowed (1) backdrop and (1) pull. Additional pulls and backdrop colors have added charge of 500 per additional pull or color.
  • Props: Anything difficult to clean like feathers, liquids, paint/dye needs to be pre-approved and may entail additional charges.
Payments,
Cancellation, Rebooking,
& Security
  • Remaining Balance: To be paid at least (1) day before the booked schedule.
  • Extensions & Additional Rentals: To be billed by our studio manager after the booking and paid before exit from the premises.
  • Security Deposit: ₱3,000 in cash is required to be paid upon arrival as a cleaning and security deposit. Studio manager will return security deposit after final inspection post-egress. 
  • Re-booking: Allowed once per booking, but must be made 3 business days, during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) in advance. Else, initial deposit is forfeited. Rescheduled booking dates will be subject to availability.
  • No Refund Policy: Once payment has been made, it means you have read, understood, and agreed on the terms and conditions stated here. Cancellation of booking will forfeit your initial deposit.

 

By entering and renting LoWA STUDIO, you agree to be responsible for yourself, your team, and your guests; that LoWA STUDIO is not liable for any lost items, accidents, or injuries; and that you will comply with management's decisions when necessary. The Studio representative reserves the right to order the halt of any production work that could cause damage to the premises and equipment.
